St. Andrew's Gift Shop and Bookstore is a gem and a great shopping experience. It provides a convenient place to purchase the books, music, spiritual, inspirational and sacramental items you want. We also offer a selection of gift ideas to ease your shopping needs. The Shop is located adjacent to Hennessey Hall off the main courtyard. Look for the most ornate entry way and you've arrived at our door!
Gift Shop hours are:
- Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.,
- Saturday 4:30 – 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 – 6:30 p.m.,
- Sunday 8:15 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. and 5:00 – 5:30 p.m.
We are also open on Tuesday from 4:00 – 7:00 and Wednesday from 4:00 – 5:30 when Religious Education (RE) classes are scheduled.
The Gift Shop is an integral part of the welcoming and hospitable atmosphere we believe is critical to our Catholic Faith Community. We invite you to come in, volunteer, shop with us, and as our "Social Director" would say, have fun!
Volunteers are needed and most welcome for any and all of our shifts. We are open before all of the weekend masses as well as after the Saturday evening mass and all of the morning masses, Tuesday through Friday. Volunteers greet our customers, assist them to locate and select products, help stock shelves, and perform other retail tasks as able. Training is provided. We have shifts as short as 1 hour, the longest is 2.5 hours. You choose the date and time. We ask only 1 shift a month… we'll be happy to see more of you, but one is all we ask!
The many products we carry include a wide selection of rosaries and wall crosses. In addition to Bibles, we have books on prayer, spirituality, grief, Catholicism, and more. Don't forget to check out our selection of music CDs, including one featuring our Music Director, Anjanette Indelicato. Additional product lines include Demdaco's Willow Tree Angels, the Clinging Cross, Fair Trade Chocolate, Manual Weavers tapestries, along with several "home-grown" items, such as candles and greeting cards created by some of our very own talented parishioners.
