Angel Connection / Soul Crafts

This ministry offers support for individuals and couples who have experienced the death of a child due to miscarriage, stillbirth, or other childhood death.

Tree of Life

The St. Andrew community “Tree of Life” is a beautiful metal tree in the northwest corner of the Church Sanctuary. Glass Ovals, inscribed with names of children who have died, are attached to the tree.

Prayer Garden

A section of our beautiful parish Prayer Garden is also dedicated to our Angel Connection ministry. It is located on the left as you enter the main gate of Garden.

Soulful Crafts

Soulful Crafts meets on the third Thursday of each month. Its focus is the healing process of grieving parents and significant others. Time spent together in Soulful Crafts meetings is devoted to mutual support, conversation, and craft projects.

Annual Angel Connection Mass

Every year at St. Andrew the Apostle, the Angel Connection Ministry hosts the Annual “Mass of Remembrance and Hope”. All are invited to attend this special Mass for children who have been lost and dreams broken during pregnancy or childhood. This year we are inviting all families who have lost children 18 years and younger.

If your family, relative, or friend has experienced infertility, loss of a child due to miscarriage, stillbirth, infant or childhood death, or unexpected death of a child before the age of 18, we hope that you will join us in remembering your child. Please feel free to extend an invitation to the Mass and reception to grandparents and other family members and friends that have supported you during these difficult times.
