Dear Parishioners:
In light of our continued commitment to saving money and our environment, we will again be sending the year-end contribution statements via email this year. Due to the cost of paper and increased postage we feel that there will be significant savings if statements are emailed. If you already have your email on file with us you need not do anything. If you do need a hard copy of your statement mailed or would like to pick up at our parish office, please fill out the form below and indicate your preference.
Please complete and submit your request by January 15, 2010. You may drop the form in the collection basket (Download printable form) or fill out on our website and submit on line.
